- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon/spatula and add as much water, as it forms a semi–liquid batter. Consistency should be like: easy to stir but not watery.
- Leave aside for about 30 min.
- Preheat oven to 170° (fan air).
Pour the batter into an oiled casserole or on lined out baking tray.
- Sprinkle with sesame oil, salt flakes, black cumin and sage if on hand.
- Bake fo about 20 min, then increase heat to 200° and bake for another 10 min.
- Take the focaccia out of the oven and the tray/casserole and let cool on a rack.

Combine with cauliflower hummus or another vegetable dip.
Or fill with vegetables to create a sandwich.
