Ingredients for 1 serving

1 tsp
Flaxseed flour

4 tbsp
Buckwheat flour

1 tbsp
Sesame oil

½ tsp
Bicarbonate

1 tsp
Coconut sugar

½ tsp
Tamarind paste

some
Water

Rock salt

1 tsp
Black cumin

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon/spatula and add as much water, as it forms a semi–liquid batter. Consistency should be like: easy to stir but not watery.

  2. Leave aside for about 30 min.

  3. Preheat oven to 170° (fan air). 
    Pour the batter into an oiled casserole or on lined out baking tray.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame oil, salt flakes, black cumin and sage if on hand.

  5. Bake fo about 20 min, then increase heat to 200° and bake for another 10 min.

  6. Take the focaccia out of the oven and the tray/casserole and let cool on a rack.

How
to

Combine with cauliflower hummus or another vegetable dip.
Or fill with vegetables to create a sandwich.
Or all together :)
