Where I’m unsure about.
Since I can’t hold myself exactly onto the written texts and don’t want to run into a lack of nutrition or weakness, I also eat some things which are maybe not considered as sattvic. I'm not quite sure about quinoa, buckwheat, bell peppers, dried pasta, sweeteners, ginger and small amounts of tamarind. Since my body isn't rebelling that much on it, I currently consume that. Maybe it still causes my mind a bit into a too hyperactive direction…but what to eat otherwise?

It is also said that food should be soft and not fried – some of my recipe are fried and spicy, so I'm unsure about that. My reason behind this is, that I don’t like food who contains too much water/liquid. It feels so heavy in the stomach.
Also I do not want to live without pizza and stir-fry :-D

I guess I will forever have to stay very aware of how the body and mind react to different food components. Staying curious, but alert, to food trends or bodily changes.
