20 g light roast
1 liter Water
medium-coarse to fine filter grind
How to:
bloom for 15 sec
pause for 15 sec
bloom for another 15 sec
pause for 15 sec
from there gently fill up constantly with the remaining water.
Extraction time: 2:30
The coffee tastes best when it has cooled to room temperature or if forgotten and found again in the kitchen after an hour.
