Oil
Sesame oil is well known and recommended in ayurvedic kitchen. They say it has good qualities for all (constitution-) types. I usually never feel heavy after eating sesame oil and it has the least bad effects on my skin.

I recommend to test out different brands until you find a mild nutty one which does not smell sour. Make sure it is unroasted sesame oil.

Roasted sesame oil (popular in Japanese cuisine) also tastes good, but should be used sparingly, more as a spice than as a cooking oil. The flavor is very strong, and I usually get skin irritations afterward.
But it's very tasty and sometimes I allow myself to walk around with pimples ;)
