Ingredients for 1 serving

Savoy Cabbage

Rock salt

1 tsp
Sesame oil

6 tbsp
Water

  1. Cut the savoy cabbage into thin stripes.

  2. Steam in a coated pan with a little water and a closed lid.

  3. As soon as it is soft but still firm, add sesame oil and salt and fry until golden brown.
