Quinoa
Porridge.


Ingredients for 1 serving

4 tbsp
Quinoa (white)

1 tsp
Sesame Oil

Rock salt

optional ½ tsp
Tamarind paste

1 tbsp
Coconut Blossom Sugar

⅓ tsp
Rosewater

few
Saffron

½ tsp
Turmeric*

3 dl
Water

  1. Place everything in the pressure cooker and simmer for about 10 minutes.

  2. When done, open lid (according to manufacturers instructions) and with a spatula whisk well.

  3. Add water to get your desired porridge consistency.

  4. If desired tahini can be stirred in.

  5. Sprinkle with some coconut blossom sugar (and sadly miss the cinnamon flavor, it would be delicious).
