!!!   If you suffer from a sesame or nut allergy, please substitute the sesame oil, seeds and tahini from my recipes.  I do «only» suffer from cross—reactions with nuts and are allowed to eat sesame.

Sesame I use and eat quite often. Luckily I don’t have allergie or intolerance symptoms from it. I eat sesame always cooked or roasted, never raw. Native sesame oil is my go to cooking oil. It is what I use the most and which is in my case the best tolerated one.
