- Bring rooibos tea, rock salt and tamarind with 1 liter of water to a boil. As soon as it is boiling, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
- When ready, pour everything through a fine mesh sieve into a carafe. Season with rose water and maple sirup according to taste. You can also add more water if it is too concentrated.
