This is a delicate soup, if you feel sick/unwell or not that hungry.
  1. Chop ginger into small pieces, place with sesame oil in the pressure cooker and fry on low heat until golden (don't close lid).
  2. In the meantime clean and chop the veggies into stripes of 1 cm.
  3. Add quinoa and the prepared pointed cabbage into pressure cooker, add water and salt and close lid. Cook under pressure for about 15 min. It can be cooked well.
  4. Open pressure cooker according to manufacturers instructions.
  5. Add more salt if needed.
