1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with a spoon/spatula and add as little water as it forms a thick, viscous batter.

  2. Grease the waffle iron with sesame or coconut oil.

  3. Pour batter into the waffle iron and wait until the waffle is baked as soft to your needs.

  4. Take the waffle out and let it cool down.

  5. Optional: Some like to spread white or black tahina and a small amount of maple sirup on top of the waffle.
