1. Put a coated pan on the plate, heat on small/medium heat.

  2. Add sugar and 3 tbsp of water. Cook until sugar is liquefied and water reduced down into half.

  3. Pour sesame seeds into the sugar. Stir well, until all is covered with sugar. Keep cooking and stirring on medium heat, until it gets sticky.

  4. Place the mass in a bowl. Then form small balls out of it. Place them on a non sticky surface to dry.

  5. Keep the sesame crunchies stored in an air tight container. If necessary.
