1. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl, with a spoon/spatula and a little water.

  2. Add only as much water as it forms a viscous batter.

  3. Pour the batter into 4 small molds, e.g. made of metal (brush with sesame oil), and bake at 200° top/bottom heat.

  4. After about 30 minutes, do the toothpick test: if nothing sticks to them anymore, they are ready.

  5. After cooling on a rack, four fluffy rolls should come out of the mold easily.
