Informations.

On this webpage I’m sharing some of my experiences and recipes concerning a nutrition which is linked to several allergies and intolerances and is taking care to my genetically and accumulated bodily diseases. In addition and also because of those facts the recipes are vegan and as possible sattvic (this is a yogic food principle).

As I’m to be without any affliction ever seems to be illusory. But through those limitations I was able to receive some alleviation. I still have stomach pain, eczema and symptoms on some days. Maybe the informations provided will be able to help others.

I wrote those texts in english for several reasons. Since english is not my native language my excuses for all the faults in grammar and word. Hopefully there's no misunderstandings due to incorrect structure.

!  Important

Consult a doctor and get blood tests every now and then. Especially menstruating women or if you have to keep a restricted diet.

What is nutrition?
Eating regularly (3x a day) in the same place at the same time and without distraction. With enough but not too much variety and constant or seasonally changing foods. As regional as possible, if tolerated. If possible, prepared by the ever same loving person. Food should be soft, tasty and without a heavy feeling after eating. And of course, organic and natural foods may be the best choice – if affordable and fresh.
  1. Snacks between meals should be avoided. If necessary have them ready (nervous people). The goal stays to not snack ;)
  2. Gut feeling is more important than pleasing others or following trends.
  3. Different diets in family life can be managed.
